My experience with Kindred Assisted Living has been as a Vendor as my wife and I own a In-Home Care company called Comfort Keepers. First, we have always been extremely impressed with Carol Rose and her integrity as Executive Director at Kindred. We were so impressed, we recommended one of our friend's mother to Carol knowing she would be in good hands at Kindred. We always make Kindred our number one recommendation when we are asked about where a good place would be for our friends and acquaintances who might be looking at Assisted Living. I personally have taken some of the people who live there to doctor's appointments on an as needed basis and each of the people I've been able to interact with all are very happy with Kindred and love living there. From Carol, to Ivy to Robin at the front desk, I've always been treated extremely well and with a great deal of respect. Management--5 stars. These people welcomed me in warm, professional manner. They're so helpful. Keep up the good work!

Dietary--2 Stars. Shame really, the food was great in February when I came here and dietary staff are so nice and helpful. Now the food isn't so great since the new company took over, well..., food is late, we don't get what's on the menu. But I've had worse. they need to work on this. Dietary staff are so nice and helpful.

Aides--5 stars. I've been treated with respect and a smile every time I see them. They're courteous, helpful and they know how a resident should be treated. Always a pleasure to work with them.

Housekeeping --2 stars. I don't think they've cleaned my room for two weeks, maybe longer. My toilet needs cleaning, floors...

From the moment I stepped into the door of the Fountains, I was welcomed by the staff. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help with whatever our parents needed. Ivy made me feel at ease about our parents move from their home into the Fountains. She is someone that I feel I can call at any time if I had questions or concerns. From her associates who helped facilitate the move to the attorney who updated our parents legal work, everyone was compassionate, patient and understanding.

What really put me at ease with the decision is the lack of turnover by the staff. That was the big selling point. When the staff is treated well, the residents are treated well. I recommend the Fountains to anyone who is looking for...
