The worst customer service experience Iâve ever had.
I placed an order online through MotoPhotoâs website, but realized shortly after that the delivery time was far too long for my needs. I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. No response. I sent a second email. Still nothing. And then they charged my card and shipped the order â completely ignoring my cancellation request.
I sent three emails in total â all ignored. No reply. No apology. No explanation. Just silence.
Once you place an order online, it becomes impossible to reach anyone from this company. They disappear. This is not just unprofessional â it's outrageous.
If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, do not order from this company. Iâm filing a formal complaint and initiating a chargeback.
MotoPhoto is not a business â itâs a black hole where your money goes and no one answers.

Just to clarify â I placed my order directly through motophoto.com, and all order confirmations and communication came from orders@motophoto.com. I did not order through any local store or franchise location.
If your store isnât part of the online ordering system, I understand your concern. However, if youâd like me to remove the review, please help me understand exactly where it should be posted. The main website offers no clarity â no contact names, no company address, no franchise identification â nothing that would help a customer know who is truly responsible.
I believe itâs in everyoneâs best interest, including yours, that these types of mistakes don't happen again. Clear accountability matters â especially when customers feel ignored.

When I arrived, I asked the employee if they could print my photo, and he assured me they could. However, as we proceeded, I mentioned that I needed the print immediately. The employee then told me, quite abruptly, that he couldn't do it right away and said, "I'm not dropping everything for you."
I was taken aback by his response, especially since he never mentioned any timeline constraints initially. I even offered to pay extraâup to five times the normal priceâbecause I was in an emergency situation.
