J.Crew Factory — Local services in Lyndhurst

I arrived at 7:56pm to make a return (the store closes at 8pm). The doors were locked already. I called the store and associate/manager “Rachel” answered - she informed me that the store was already closed. I explained it wasn’t 8 yet, and she just said “we’re already closed.” I asked nicely and explained I had rushed to get 4 kids to bed so I could make it before they closed and she just said they are closed. Cute products and the store looked put together and nice. Only issue were the two employees who couldn't be bothered to offer any customer service. Only greeted us when we walked near them, one standing behind the counter on her phone and the other sitting on a bench near the register on her phone. We tried on a few items and we were looking for some specific items. We were probably in there for at least 30 mins or more and they didn't even check on us. I love J.Crew, but finding this location was a nightmare. On a hot, sunny day, I tried three different maps and still couldn’t spot a clear storefront or sign. Maybe I missed something, but if you’re new to the area, be prepared — the GPS directions are confusing and it’s easy to get lost. I left frustrated without ever finding the store.
