Good luck getting an appointment at this salon. They have an elaborate system requiring a consultation before they will even book an appointment for you. In mid July they offered me a consultation at the end of August. Their first appointment after then was in November. They couldn’t book that appointment though because I’m not yet a client. That would mean a wait for services until December or January. I can see a primary care doctor sooner than that. This was especially disappointing as we knew Ken when he was at Ladies & Gentlemen and followed him to Kreate Studio when he first opened. Several family members continue to be clients. This salon is awesome! I've had trouble in the past finding a salon that I felt comfortable at and with a stylist that would listen to what I wanted with my hair. I not only felt immediately comfortable here, my stylist Tara gave me exactly the cut I wanted! She was also very friendly and gentle with my hair!
