Poor service. Took forever to get help in women's store. Then as I was about to pay for purchases, the salesperson walked away saying she would be right back. Eight minutes later I put back the items I had and left the store. The women's section of this store needs improvement. They never seem to have the most popular items that ARE found in the misses sizes. Even coats! Do they think larger ladies do not need coats? My mom shops here and recently stopped in to look at a skirt she saw in a sales catalog. The sales associate was incredible to help my mom find the correct size (their inventory was low). The display was the size my mom needed, and they didn't hesitate to take it down for her to try on. Nice store. Nice employees. Talbots needs to get some new buyers though. They seem to be stuck in the preppy era of the 80s with the colors they put out. Would love to see more business casual/career clothing and dresses. I'll keep shopping there though because once in a while I find...
