We normally don't do reviews for business that just meet standards. But certainly this is not the case at Contemporary Galleries. Everyone at this place takes ownership of the business and perform beyond expectations to make sure you have a great experience. Their products have outstanding quality and look (hard to find in Louisville market!). We had the pleasure to deal with Kate and Beth in the store who actually did an amazing job helping us to pick up our pieces. We ended up ordering some stuff from the catalog, and upon delivery everything looked spectacular!!. Big shutout for the delivery crew (Kyle, Justin, John) who were very professional, helpful, and careful with the installation and placement. We also had the pleasure to meet one of the owners "Bob" who was 100% on top of everything at all time. I can't tell enough about this business and their team. Thank you ALL for the great experience, we'll be back...

Contemporary Galleries has been one of my favorite furniture and home store for a number of years. Recently I was shopping for a variety of items when I caught sight of a beautiful bedroom suite. The sales staff expeditously checked for me to see if the pieces were in stock that I was interested in. Assisted me with the pricing since I came carrying a coupon special. The transaction itself was quick and easy. The delivery service actually called earlier than I had expected with the 5-7 days I was told they were working on. The delivery guys were prompt, very efficient, explained features, best ways to care for the furniture and told me to be sure and call if there are any issues. Contemporary Galleries is still high on my list when I want new furnishings for my home.

I went into this gallery looking for a bathroom faucet. Upon entering, no one greeted me. They were very busy, but sales people made eye contact with me and never said any... Not even someone will be with you shortly, feel free to look around, nothing!! I browsed and saw one faucet I was very interested in, but I couldn't inquire with anyone after standing around for 15 minutes. I went in there one other time about a year ago, and the same thing, no one would help me, and they were not that busy that time. The gallery was very nice. This place and one other place diagonally across Shelbyville Rd next to the gas station/flooring store never acknowledged me and have lost a potential customer. You're never too busy to say hello and greet someone. This is #1 I customer service 101; always greet the customer regardless of how busy you are or not matter...
