I bought a pair of pants and was double charged. I basically had to force them to credit me for one of the charges. I even showed both the women working my credit card statement to prove the double charge! They wanted me to call my cc and make one of the charges fraudulent because of their mistake!! Putting on me to fix their mistake and lie to my credit card company. They also blamed me for not giving my phone number and email on why it was so hard to figure out.
