I have always had a great experience here but last year there was a bit of a hiccup and I got very frustrated and swore I'd never go back and I went to factor is and Northgate all which were fine but I'm just more comfortable here the people 99% of the time are beyond helpful and kind so thanksgiving came and I hung my head in shame and walked in apologized for my tantrum lat year and Lindsay welcomed me back with a smile and I am so glad!!! It is always fun to try on clothes but this time I had Heidi helping me and my mom this time and she was great finding sizes making suggestions etc but I didn't feel like she was selling to me. She had no problem letting me know if something didn't look good when I came out of the dressing room!! And the fact I was able to earn haute cash for January that I can even use online!! Thank u Heidi and Lindsey!! And everyone there Thanksgiving!! My mom and I had a ton of fun and you guys were great!! I am always lost when it comes to clothes and how to dress but the employees here are always able to put me at ease and save me from myself I really can't put to words how much I count on them and how far above and beyond Heidi and Lindsey went with not just me but everyone there last night!! Heidi was like a ninja grabbing clothes finding sizes putting stuff away and juggling 5 or 6 rooms at once us my mom who posted up by the mirror while shopping online after she was done with her shopping!! OMG! I had THE BEST time shopping here! Usually I just pop in to look at clearance because I have my own style and it is not always with the current trends. Ce la vie. Anyways apparently the world is catching up with me because I found some super cute stuff!

First of all the staff were amazeballs! Gracious, patient, accommodating and just plain positive about everything! I initially was just going to pick up something I ordered online and look for black pants for work. Super boring, but the ladies made it fun!

It all started to spiral when I saw someone wearing a really cute top with strawberries on it and she offered to get me one from the back to try on because they weren't even on the shelf yet. Suffice it to say I bought it and another coral polka dot top along with my black work pants and a blazer...in addition to what I already ordered! Anyone who knows me knows I am NOT a shopper. I don't even like to go in malls or department stores (even though I work right next to Alderwood mall lol), but I had a great time.

The kicker was that I went in after work, covered in food stains. White shirt + fast pace = a messy me. The ladies steamed the blazer for me. Cut the tags off it and the coral top and I wore them home. I walked in feeling schlumpy and walked out feeling like a zillion dollars!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I just had the worst experience shopping here. Today I walked in needed a new pair of pants. I have been struggling with an eating disorder and I decided that I would celebrate my weight loss by buying a new pair of pants that were a size down. Well, you will never believe what happened. As I walked in, I asked a young red haired girl, I think she introduced herself as B, to help me with pant sizes. Instead of helping me, she eyed me up and down and started hysterically laughing. I thus asked her what her problem was. Her response? She told me “aren’t you a little boney to be shopping here?” She proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t allowed in the store because I was too thin. She told me to eat a burger and come back when I gained some weight. This triggered my eating disorder and I threw up for the next four hours. Hope you’re happy, B.
