The staff here has always been friendly and helpful enough. The ones at the UW Village location seem to be even more cheery than the Lynnwood location, but I have had a pleasant shopping experience each of the 5 times I have popped into this store. One thing I did notice is that their seamstress who does the hemmings doesnât seem as experienced. I think I had to get a tank taken to the Bellevue store once because they couldnât do that tank at the Lynnwood store and I recently just got 2 tanks back. You can see that the seamstress didnât cut very straight on the inside of the hem. Itâs not visible when you were the tank but I have had 20 items hemmed at Lululemon across several locations, and many have had cleaner cuts. It also takes them 1 week to hem at this location (I believe Bellevue was 2 days) and back in Palo Alto, CA, it was 3 days turnaround for hemming. Each store does their hemming very differently so make sure you do your research if you are very particular about your hemming job. And look to see if Lululemon offers the item in a shorter length so you donât have to get it hemmed (I dropped off a Cool Racerback Nulu tank for hemming and a week later, I saw that Lululemon debuted that tank with a shorter length, and I wish...

I called Lululemon before going in store about two pairs of pants that tore less than a year of owning them. They told me I could ship them or return them in store. I was also told I could order online and receive my military discount is store, due to Covid.
I went in store and told the manager what I was told by customer service and the manager refused to take a pair back because she claimed a hole was normal wear and tear. I also needed to return some items I purchased online and the manager was very rude saying âlooks like nothing worked out.â
I told her I needed to receive the refund for my discount online for the items I kept and she was very rude, telling me this would be an exception as they are no longer offering it.
Worst customer service Iâve ever received. So insulting and...
Read moreThis one is the worst Lululemon store. The staff there are rude and unqualified. I went there to return some cloth with discount, and one of the employees pretended not understanding what is discount mean. And a guy nearby asked me if I bought the cloth from lululemon.com. Sounds like I bought their cloth from some wired place! After I showed them my email receipt, the woman mentioned they are âMARK DOWNâ. Itâs ridiculous! Then she refused to return them as store credit, as they are âFINAL SALEâ. They are sooo rude and not familiar with store policy. I even thought itâs not worth to keep buying things from Lululemon!
Then I went to Kirkland store immediately. Luckily the employee there is super nice, helped me to return items as store credit without any issues.
Stay away from Lynwood store, itâs just awful and bring you the worst...
