I had a positive experience here I would recommend that if you have a nerd or a group of nerds in your family and don’t know exactly what to buy them for their birthday or christmas just go here and tell them what the person you’re buying for likes and they’ll help out, hell they also have gift cards so you can just give your nerdy gift receiver a gift card to this store (or other boxlunch stores.) so they can buy that nerdy item if you don’t actually know what they like, personally I love anime especially My Hero Academia so when I went in there I saw a vinyl anime figure for $40 which mind you isn’t a small figure but if you do plan on shopping here defiantly make an account with them and buy from here, the staff are great the store is clean, but a little cramped due to the square footage. Wonderful place to buy yourself something nice or get a friend a gift! Lots of pop culture and fandom related material. Depends somewhat on what's popular at the moment but they'll always have merchandise for Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney, and a few more. You can get something small, like a key chain, or something huge like a suit case or a Crock-Pot (saw one Star Wars themed!). Their return policy is vague and left me awkwardly dragging my secret santa to the store to get cash back for a gift I didn't want. Policy on the back of the receipt says "Refunds will generally be made in the same form of payment as used in the original transaction."
