Crespella in Lynnwood is such a special place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff here is truly amazing—friendly, patient, and always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions. They make you feel genuinely welcome, and that’s something I really appreciate. It’s clear that the team cares deeply about the quality of both their food and the experience they provide. I ordered the Crespella Oreo, and let me just say—it blew me away. It was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. It exceeded all my expectations and has easily become one of my favorite desserts. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into every item on their menu. I also want to say how much I appreciate the overall vibe of this place. It’s clean, cozy, and inviting—whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or planning to sit and enjoy with friends or family. EDIT: updating my review based on their response, 3 stars to 2. Nothing in my initial review said that I had an Uber order. I was standing at the kiosk the entire time LOL. Why else would I note the staff and what they were doing? Don't waste your money here.

Original review: It took 20 minutes to get my mini pancakes with extra kataifi. There was 6 staff, only 3 were actually working, and the rest stood around. They said their machine was acting up... If they told me before I placed the order I would've switched it to something else.

When I finally got my order, they forgot my extra kataifi. Make sure to keep your receipts! They took it back while 3 people were discussing what to do before finally putting it on. Luckily I printed my receipt to show them.

Finally, a dream come true in Lynnwood! I rarely write reviews, but Crespella absolutely deserves one. I’ve been waiting for a place like this for so long something truly special, and it finally opened right here in the area! I ordered the pistachio and Nutella pancakes, and let me tell you… they were insanely good. Like, melt-in-your-mouth, can’t-stop-eating kind of good! The texture, the flavor, everything was just perfect. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This is hands down one of the best food spots at the mall if not the best. The quality of the products is top-tier, and you can really tell they care about what they serve.
