Very cute shop. I’ve been here three times now and this last visit was very different from my first two. It started off just as pleasant as before, but when I went to check out the lady, Diane helped change that. First, I was standing right in front of her and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She stepped aside after she helped the guest in front of me. The other woman who was working the registerer, she acknowledged me and asked if I was ready to check out. I replied yes and then that lady who ignored me, Diane, said, oh I can help her. I really wish the other woman would have because the rest of my experience today would have been delightful and I probably would have not thought twice of those few seconds with Diane in front of me. So then I handed Diane my items to purchase and she asked if any of them were gifts. I said yes, all of them. Then she rang up the earrings and said they don’t gift wrap sale items. I said okay, they should all be on sale. Then she rang them all up and said wow you’re getting a deal. But it wasn’t like a celebration like, hey awesome, good for you! It was more of an accusation. It’s hard to put into words. She had an arrogant, condescending tone. She was not pleasant with the way about her. Then I said, you asked if they were gifts and they are but that’s fine if you dont want to gift wrap them. Then she rudely and abruptly said “Ok”. That’s it. I would have imagined after bringing it up she would have done it anyway. I mean all I would think would be a nice gift box to put them in. That whole encounter with Diane, she was unpleasant and it made me uncomfortable. It’s a shame because everything is going for that boutique...

I’ve gone in before and haven’t had the best experience but I chalked it up to them being a bit busy. This time I went and it wasn’t nearly as busy. Lots of sales professionals working around. I even have a picture of one putting something away in front of me while I took a picture of a dress to show a friend for our event coming up. Not one salesperson greeted me. Not one offered to take my items in hand to a fitting room. However, they offered it to other customers all around me, laughing and having a good time with them. While I would’ve loved for some expert help. They followed me around though, for what reason I don’t know. It took me to walk around the entire store three times before I approached an employee to ask for a fitting room and explained no one has even greeted me. After putting me into a fitting room I was so put off already that if something actually looked cute I wasn’t even excited. The cherry on top was as I was trying on the clothes I could hear the employee whispering to another employee about me stating no one greeted me and what I said! That was the nail in the coffin for me. I walked out handed the product back and left. It’s been days and I still have a sour taste in my mouth. I had a concern when entering the store after reading a few of the reviews before going. I did notice the store was quick busy when I entered but the reviews are correct no one created me. I did walk past the cash register several times just to see and nothing. A few of the cashiers looked at me but said nothing. I did look around and I am a bargain hunters so I went straight to the clearance area. I found one jacket, 9.99 and a headband 5.99 that I decided to purchase. I then asked a younger lady if they had a restroom she showed me where it was and asked to put my items at the register. I did continue to look around the whole store to see what they had. The prices are high and yes the sizes are limited. The young lady at the register finally did address me and ask if I was ready to check out. My overall experience was okay. I might take my daughter to look around one day but this would not be a place I would do my every day...
