Working with Denise is a dream! We came to Linnea Jewelers to purchase a wedding band for my husband and myself. Denise worked with us to create a custom wedding band to coordinate with my Tacori engagement ring. Denise was very patient with me as we made the decisions leading up to creating a custom ring. We were thrilled to find out that creating a custom ring would be a fraction of the price of purchasing a Tacori band. My band is gorgeous and I could not be happier with the final product. She beautifully copied the details of my ring – down to the secret diamond on the inside of the band. Thank you! In addition to helping design a custom wedding band, Denise and her team also helped repair my engagement ring. I had noticed that my diamond was making a clicking noise. The original jeweler we had purchased from said that it was nothing to worry about, but Denise and her team took additional steps to make sure the diamond was secure. They examined my ring in front me with a microscope and found that one of the prongs was no longer touching the diamond. They were thorough in their assessment of the issue and even allowed me to view the prong using their microscope. They explained to me the steps they could take towards the repair and outlined the costs. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all things jewelry and were happy to explain it to me. They had the same excellent hospitality when I returned to pick up my repaired ring and custom band. Denise and the folks at Linnea are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people around when it comes to jewelry and stones. I just purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 4.5 years (she said yes!) with no jewelry experience at all. I thought I did my research online and came in firing ready to go! However after talking with Denise, I realized there was so much more than just understanding the definitions of color, cut, clarity, and carat. Denise spent almost 2 hours with me on my first visit NOT EVEN TRYING TO SELL ME A STONE! She just asked questions, learned about my fiance, about me, what I want to get out of the experience. This customer service definitely would NOT have been seen at a "chain" jewelry store. Denise then had me back in the shop to look at a lot of different stones: some under budget, some in, and some above budget. Denise made me feel so comfortable and not ashamed if I could not afford the "HUGE carat" stone. She worked with me to pick out the stone I would think my fiance would like, NOT the stone that would make Linnea the most money. The happiness Denise received from seeing my happiness was worth every dollar :). ALSO, go and find me another store that will have the owner send you a video message of the finished ring with all the excitement possible!? That's right-there is not any other place that would do that! No other jewelry store besides Linnea and Denise will get my money...

We went in with a few rings from my mother and great-grandmother inquiring on if an engagement ring could be created. We felt at ease right away and the process and some options were explained. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted but Denise was very patient and through the process of her asking me questions, showing me samples, answering many e-mails from me and even a couple of store visits, my fiance' proposed with THE PERFECT RING! I chose not to see the finished product until he was ready to give it to me and I was blown away at how stunning it was. Denise even coached my fiance on his proposal which he appreciated since it was his first! Now every time I look at it I think of the happiest time of my life and take comfort in seeing my mother and great-grandmother watching over us!
