So have tried using them for several months now. Had a few hiccups (pun intended) here and there but nothing huge. Well I had surgery yesterday my doctor faxed 4 prescriptions for me my husband drove 2 hours round trip and they only had ONE. He called multiple times stating there should be several they said no. So when I show up to my doc appointment this morning nauseated and in pain they ask me why I didn't I take my meds? What meds!? Lylte HEB pharmacy insisted you only sent one. When we called they didn't give a rats patootie about it. He argued that they were ready today but we had them transferred...obviously...he tried to say that we stated yesterday we would wait on them BS they were covered by insurance why would we wait!? I haven't eaten in 3 days people. I'm hangry and nauseated this pharmacists doesn't care. I am shocked...he then stated they got the important one the antibiotics....so who cares how the patient feels as long as there is no infection? Switching pharmacies....I was really hoping this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is by far the worse pharmacy of all the HEBs. I usually go out of my way to avoid coming here. The staff con not seem to get it together. The speed of service is ridiculous. It's almost as if they purposely take as long as they can. I'm sitting in their drivethru as I type this and 2of the 3 perscriptions were not filled correctly. Also, I called prior to coming, was told the scripts would be ready in 45 minutes, only to arrive and be told it will be an additional 30 minutes before theyre done. Now they still don't have all the meds complete. I spent 36 minutes in drive thru . Take my advice if you prefer HEB, go to HEB Valley HI pharmacy, they are GREAT. Wal-Mart on HWY 16 is even worth the drive. The head ache of Lytles HEB pharmacy is not worth the convience of having it close to home. Zero stars if I could.I literally experience some difficulties each and every time I come here. I should have known that this time would be...
