francesca's — Local services in Macon

I’ve been shopping at Francesca’s for over 10 years and I love the selection and vibe of their stores. I’ve been to this location a few times and for the most part they have been positive experiences until today. Today, when I went in, the sales associate seemed nice and asked me once if I needed help. We spoke for a moment and I continued shopping, but it felt like she was following me around the boutique. It’s not a big store but it seemed like she just happened to be “tidying things up” at every jewelry counter I was standing at. So I decided to leave my chosen jewelry at the register while I shopped, hopefully calming any thoughts of hers that I might be shoplifting. When I went to check out, she scanned everything, gave me my total and then just threw all my necklaces inside the plastic bag. Every time I’ve ever shopped here, everything has always always always been wrapped in tissue paper to protect the jewelry. So I said excuse me can I have tissue paper please, these are going to tangle. She said sure and just handed me the paper. So I stood at the counter and tried to wrap the jewelry myself. By the time I got home, all of my necklaces were tangled in a big ball. Safe to say, I was pretty annoyed and never had any other associate ever not wrap my items. I took my niece shopping this weekend Aug 6, 2022. We had the best experience ever!! My niece is 10 and she felt like a queen with Savannah and Auria . Their clothes are truly made for girls to feel pretty. I have several dresses and tops from them. My husband is always eager to see what I buy from here! And thank you for being one of the few stores to have your dressing rooms open. :) It's super frustrating to shop out of town and not be able to try clothes on...
