My friend needed to buy her old man ( boyfriend) an outfit for his birthday. She didn't want him to have just a regular fit so, we headed to kaybees. Walking in I felt like I was back in New York, 125th and 7th where I used to get my gear for school. When I tell you it brought a smile to my face seeing true religion. An older man greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. We brushed him off with "were just looking , but he hit us with "looking for what might I ask?". When I tell you customer service at it finest. I had to laugh. My friend was taking her time and I want to see more of the store. A younger man(highschool tall I think tylar) stopped me asked if I was looking for anything particular I said no but I have a question. "Do yall sell nike boots? He raised his eyebrow. And said if we did it will be upstairs. When the elevator doors open and the music hit your ears, it reminded me of walking up town, walking on all the popular streets just so the boys could see my drip. Lawd. I didn't buy anything that day but, I do want to say thank you to the two gentlemen for showing...

I learned of this location because of working in the downtown Macon area. Oh my goodness!! How amazing could this store possibly be?! WONDERFUL customer service from the time we walked in the door. We were greeted by at least three people when we walked in. We told them we were there to look at shoes on the second floor and were directed to the elevator. The elevator opened and there was an employee waiting to escort us up to the shoe room. Once upstairs, he took AMAZING care of my son; letting him try on several pairs of Nike’s until he found the perfect pair! This store is wonderful! We live over an hour away and will be returning for EVERY sneaker purchase from here on out. I will make the drive all day, every day to go here! Thank you so much Kaybee! You guys are awesome and made my son’s 16th birthday a forever...

Omggg I LOVE IT HERE.!❣️ As soon as we stepped into the store we were greeted by Scotty with hello "lovebirds" which felt great. Then he was pleasant, friendly, funny and generous. The store is filled with great quality name brand clothes. Upstairs tho.......that's where it's at where the sneakers are Monica was such an angel she went above and beyond for me and my fiance. Scotty is willing to look out and throw you a deal or two. We got engagement rings there we got our fingers sized and rings fitted all in one spot.
