Taco Bell — Restaurant in Madison Heights

Never again will I come back to this sorry excuse of a Taco Bell or any fast food in life I think I’m officially done with all this garbage.

This past Saturday I decided to go to this Taco Bell just to grab something to eat and I think this was my first time I’ve ever experienced such foolishness of employees playing!

I pulled up to this location and the first red flag was the cars in front of me blasting sexy red! Yes that’s a red flag because only riff raff listen to that hood booger!

So as the line moves along, pull up in front of the drive-through to place my order, As I place my order with the employee he says “We don’t have that” I hear the mic/audio going in and out on the employees side so I said “Hello?” To make sure that everything was ok and that he can hear me I than hear another employee come over the intercom and say “Bro turn your headset on bro they can’t hear you”

So then I say hello again trying to make sure that they can hear me. Than the other employee comes back on laughing saying “Oh he just playing he just playing”

After that I didn’t even order anything I drove myself to Kroger purchased my own meat and made my own tacos!

I honestly was flabbergasted because out of all my years of going to Taco Bell or any establishment for that reason I’ve never experienced employees laughing and “Playing” over an intercom this is a business! It doesn’t matter what job you do in life do it well and with some type of professionalism.

Due to the two employees playing “You cost yourself and Taco Bell money from a customer! I don’t know who the manager/owner is of this location but I suggest you come in and check on your business because it’s obviously being run by children!

The employees sounded like they probably were just teenagers, but who is the manager of this location? Is she or he playing along with them and joking all day long so they don’t take anything seriously.

Foolishness and playing gets you nowhere in life!

I wouldn’t advise anyone to come to this location because if they want to play around and joke on the intercom then what are they doing when they’re back there making your food? Are they dropping it on the floor? spitting in it? I wouldn’t dare spend my money it’s being run by fools.

If they’re playing on the intercom they maybe “Playing”...

Worst experience ever! I was told to move my car back behind a yellow poll after paying for my food that was horrible even for normal fast food and I paid for to add sour cream to my order and they didn’t do that and they gave me a drop on one of my items! If I’m paying extra for it you need to make sure my order is correct, when I was trying to check my order while parked at the window they female worker asked me with a attitude why am I still there I already knew she messed up my order and might do something to my food if I sent it back so I drove off and yep 👍🏽 I definitely wasted my money buying from this location I’ll never go there again! I even ordered my order on the app so they wouldn’t mess it up smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ if you have a attitude problem you shouldn’t be working the window! For what I spent I should have went to a real restaurant and hopefully gotten...

BE WARNED! Obviously it’s Taco Bell, you can’t expect much. But the employees at this location don’t even deserve the job they have. I️ ordered a nacho bell grande, all I️ got was a few chips and a huge pile of cheese and sour cream. If I️ could attach a photo I️ would just to show the disgusting pile of lard they wanted to sell me. DO NOT ever waste your money here, drive 15 minutes further to go to a taco bell on the other side of the free way where you won’t deal with so many African American employees who care about nothing more than getting their minimum wage paycheck to go spend on thief next pair of jordans. Do not eat at this Taco Bell. If I️ could have left 0 stars I️ would have. Your best bet is to stay away from Madison Heights as well. Or you might continue to run into people...
