If I could get zero stars, I would! This store in particular is beyond ridiculous. I stopped to get lunch today. Thinking the drive through would be faster because anytime I do a mobile order I get there after waiting 20 minutes so that my food would be ready. I go in and they haven't even started my order. Not to mention the fact that I have to wait in between 10 and 15 minutes at the register Before any employee comes up and asks me if they can help me. And this is in every single time issue, so I tried the drive through today and after 20 minutes and counting 8 different vehicles that pulled out of the drive through and left, I myself left and I had two other cars follow me out so that is eleven vehicles in a matter of 25 minutes that turned around and left. I just do not understand how this particular establishmentbthinks it's okay to make customers Wait this long. Whether it be at the counter inside or at the drive through you will be waiting a decent amount of time before anyone ever helps you. The drive through was all the way back towards the doors you enter the building at. There's been a few times that I have came to this place and my order was completely wrong. There's been times where the French fries have no seasoning Whatsoever, it's appalling, at how this business is ran!
I've given it many chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day. Maybe something happened or something came up. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. But i'm really starting to think that this business in this particular one on madison blvd that just doesn't care! I have watched them do this to other customers As well, I've literally sat there and watched the employees stand in the back, laughing and talking about going out and partying, knowing d* Well, there was a line of customers at the counter waiting to order and it still took them over fourteen minutes before they ever came over and took anyone's order. Read moreWe have went here several times. We love Bojangles. The one on highway 72 is fabulous and we were so excited to have one close to us. However, we have been increasingly disappointed with the service. We have never not waited an excessive amount of time for food. A couple months ago ,they took so long on an order of 36 Boberry biscuits that my boyfriend had to leave without them or a refund to get back to work. Money was lost because of their service. Today it took a little over fifteen minutes to get two biscuits and only 5 cars ahead of us. Looking in the window there were 5 ppl we could count alone. They are extremely subpar to the other BoJangles and really most of the restaurants in that area. It’s even more concerning that they just opened and their customer service is already so bad. If I can get food from a restaurant that’s not even fast food faster than Bojangles then there is a problem. Customer service is more than just a polite smile. It’s taking care of your customer by providing excellent food, efficient prep time, excellent communication and customer satisfaction. By you having an ineffective drive through service this leaves a big hole in your customer satisfaction. Among other things. I would be more concerned about the longevity of this business that just opened and has never figured out how to run their main business practices correctly. Read moreI came in to pick up dinner this evening because I work across the street. So occasionally I will come in to have dinner. There's also times I come in and I pick up my children dinner and drop it off for them while i'm at work. It's been a few weeks since I have been there. But I walked in today to pick up my order and a male employee with curly dark hair, decides to say my name and make the comment that i'm always making orders and eating here in a rude and condescending manner. Mind you. I'm a paying customer, so it shouldn't matter How much I eat there or how much I eat. I should not have to deal with an employee making a rude comment and then there was a female employee standing next to him who decides to just laugh about it. And tell me I didn't hear it. And it's like, really, "wow " was all I could say, because I did hear it and someone who is in recovering from an eating disorder already deals with issues around eating Yes, I am a thin woman, but it doesn't Excuse an employee making a comment like that. I am just appalled at the situation. I will never return to this facility again. I'm just disgusted. I'm almost to the point that i'm speechless about the situation.
