Today was me giving this place a second chance, but I wasted my $44. It seems like the person making the food doesn't know how to actually cook a wing. Literally everytime i eat here the wings are hard & brittle. It seems like the process of them making the wings is like this: Cook the wing at a high temp...after the wing cools put some sauce on it. When you recieve your order the sauce is at the bottom of the container rather than the wing. Plus the wings are so brittle and dry and the sauce is so thin that the sauce could never penetrate it anyway. The garlic parm wings have zero flavor and it looks like some parmesian was just sprinkled on it. Did I say ZERO flavor? I mean that. There is none. If you read this comment, I'm telling you, go somewhere else or just make them yourself. Zaxbys has WAY better wings then this place. Or try slim chicken...
Read moreTried them over a year ago and wasnt pleased. Decided to try them again tonight since I was out and about. The service was terrible. The cashiers didnt greet you or ask if they could help. One was leaning on the counter. The one taking my order ans money acted as if she didnt wa to grab the money and dropped the change I handed her on the register.I ordered 10 pcs of wings and was asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese. I get my receipt and asked why was I charged $.50 for ranch. The excuse was because the wings are $.55 On Tuesdays. Are they serious?and isnt that something to disclose before charging. Then I get the wings home and they are thrown in the box with no lining and covered in grease with the bottom of the container grease soaked. I won't be back and advise others to spend their money elsewhere. Especially.if a company decided how much to charge for condiments based on how much they charge...
Read moreFormer employee here: the food is good, management not so much. I used to love working here-until Byron (owner) began yelling at me in front of customers for making a small mistake. He yelled at me so loudly and disrespectfully that I began to cry out of embarrassment and walked to the back to spare the customers from having to witness such an uncomfortable situation. I was then fired for crying- and the owner stated that my being emotional "made him uncomfortable" so I was not allowed to come back to work. Never once have I been reprimanded or criticized for poor work performance but rather I have been complimented by both customers and management on many occasions for the way I treated guests. I feel this place is going downhill very fast and would never eat at a place that treated their employees with such disrespect and disregard for...
