T.J. Maxx — Local services in Madison

I have noticed a particular employee that works there I believe her name is Crystal she always has such a nasty attitude. There have been several occasions I have came in to shop with my children and usually if you ask her for any help she's very rude. When you work for a business like this, it is all about the customers and it leaves a big impact on how you're treated here. If I was the company I'd be embarrassed to have her work here. Never a smile on her face. And a lot of times I've overheard just walking by Kirk gossiping instead of trying to help people or working. We spend times of money along with other family members of mine and unless she is replaced or something is done it probably won't be returning. If you're going to work for the public you have to learn how to act and treat people. I had my sister come in about a few months ago and asked her for some help and she acted like it was a burden. I really hope they resolve this issue because I know I can't be the only one...

Was in line to buy 2 floating shelves and hat 10 people in line, might have been about 2pm , one of the cashier's said she will have to get you and she left.... whats wrong with the workers now days cash out your customers before you leave or make sure there is enough cashier's up there to check them out before you leave... and by the way the shelves where junk so they are going back to store today and I'm not sure if I'll be going back to this store again sad that a new store doesn't care and the store looked a little junked up ... not one person working in the store asked if we was finding what we needed or do we need help ... will this store even...

I had the an awesome shopping experience at the TJMax in Madison,Indiana today! The manager is the best. Great customer service ever at a TJMax. Conner Slyhe checked me out and was super polite and efficient! Madison is thrilled to have this team a board...
