Magnolia Coffee House Bistro — Restaurant in Magnolia

I so happened to be in that area and needed food and coffee... so glad I went in there! The dark chocolate mocha and cherry almond scone were amazing!!!! But more so was the staff, those sweet young ladies helped guide me to the parking lot (go behind the car wash like you are going to use the bays and it is right there), y'all it was less than an hour before they closed and those ladies helped me decide what to eat and drink and even showed me the lunch menu in a complete no rushed and relaxed way with the biggest smiles! I've worked food and beverage and no way was I going to hassle they sweet people with keeping a kitchen open, but I cannot wait to go back and try the lunch menu! But you literally cannot go wrong with the bakery items...

Went in with my husband last week for the first time. It was confusing at first on where we were supposed to park. The sign out front is on the curb. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to pull in behind the building. The customers that were in there drinking their coffee and eating stared us down like we invaded their space. Lol No one greeted us when we walked in or when we walked up to the counter. No one was smiling the staff looked miserable the staff wasn’t mean just not friendly. The iced Oatmilk vanilla late with Carmel drizzle I had was not good but my husbands iced French vanilla latte was good. I will try again hopefully next time the staff...

The past 5 times my family has come to this coffee house we have received a very cold welcome. It was like we were an inconvenience to all the workers there. They were blunt and rude when taking our order and asked multiple times what our order was after taking it... Like they were very confused and unorganized even after they wrote down what we asked for. This happened a number of times at different times. Very slow and no customer service. My family no longer comes to this coffee house. Find a local coffee house that wants to be friendly and serve you! People who work in coffee houses should realize that good customer service is a must...
