If we could give RC Wahl Jewelers 10 stars, we would. After getting engaged, we had an issue with some of the small diamonds falling out of my original engagement ring. After getting them fixed once, then having another fall out, and the original jeweler saying that I was being "too rough on the ring" (one of the small diamonds dislodged when I was petting my dog while he was lying down and grazed his collar), we decided to get another opinion from R.C. Wahl Jewelers.

We worked with Parker for a majority of the time we spent there. He was friendly, understanding, and we could both feel that he was genuinely upset for us that we had a not-so-great experience with the other jeweler. He gave us multiple options for how we could proceed with my ring, some options that involved keeping the ring and some that involved buying a new setting. My husband and I had visited other jewelers that pushed us to buy a new setting, and we could sense that they just wanted us to spend money. Parker truly just wanted us to 1.) not have to worry about missing diamonds and 2.) be happy with whatever option we decided on. He knew that both my husband and I LOVED the original setting, so he even suggested that if I kept the main diamond and went the route of getting a new setting, he could take the original setting, replace the missing small diamond and create earrings from it that I could wear on my wedding day.

We decided to go with a new setting (picture shown below) and I absolutely love it. Parker went through numerous settings with us, for at least an hour, until we found 'the one'. He was so patient and kind. He also helped us pick out both of our wedding bands. In addition, during our engagement, I talked to Parker and worked with him to get my husband's wedding band engraved (as a surprise on our wedding day), and my husband bought me a pearl necklace as a wedding gift. Everything that we have purchased, and every experience that we have had at R.C. Wahl has been wonderful!

Probably the best part about this family-owned company is that you truly feel like family. My husband and I live in Milwaukee, WI now, but are originally from the Chicago suburbs. Almost a year after buying my new setting and our wedding bands, I called to ask if I could bring our rings to get cleaned before our wedding. Even a year later, Parker remembered both of us, remembered that we lived in Milwaukee and that our wedding was coming up soon. He was just so sweet! Overall, we cannot say enough about how positive our experience with R.C. Wahl Jewelers was. We will continue to go to them for all of our jewelry and...

First time shopping at R.C. Wahl and I'll be happy to give them my business again!

Been wanting to write this review for awhile, but until this weekend hadn't gotten to see my purchases being used. Today's the day though. 4 months ago I dropped in to look at earrings for my girlfriend.

Being my first time buying real diamonds, I went in with some ideas of what I wanted but with an open mind. Bridget was amazing at assisting me and walking me through their offerings. She was willing to demo items on her own ears, and was quite patient in spite of my indecision. I didn't go in with the intent of purchasing something, but I left as a happy customer, with a set of diamond studs held by white gold, as well as sapphire + diamond hoops, also in white gold. The prices seemed fair, especially given what a great experience I had.

They also were flexible with me regarding returns/exchanges in case my girlfriend didn't love what I chose, even 2 months after the fact since these were anniversary gifts. Thankfully she loved both pairs, with the studs being her daily earrings and the hoops being for more special occasions (yesterday was her first time wearing both out).

While there I also was hoping to look at watches (a large part of the reason I went in in the first place). R.C. Wahl used to be a Rolex dealer, but have since cut ties with them after being unwilling to sink to Rolex's new authorized dealer scheme of filling a store with 'hollow' watches for test fitting, and subsequent allocation of the real thing being far from a guarantee. While I do admire their rejection of this, their selection of mens watches is now limited to Seiko models. While nice, I hope they will work to expand this to include other boutique brands, such as Grand Seiko, Jaeger-LeCoultre, or something from the SWATCH family of brands.

This was the PERFECT first fine jewelry shopping experience. I look forward to providing R.C. Wahl with more business in the future, and would absolutely recommend others to give them a...

I’ll start by saying this will be long but hopefully worth the read. I also don’t go to the jewelers often so I heavily rely on honesty and quality. I don’t see why I would ever go to another jeweler besides R.C. Wahl’s. The first time I was there was for a repair job and Jessie helped me out and was phenomenal and extremely attentive and warm and made me feel more than a customer. Today I stopped in for another repair job and had no problem just dropping the piece off but was quickly greeted by Myleen and Parker. They were nothing short of amazing. Again, extremely warm, courteous, honest, and attentive. While Parker worked on my piece I looked around at their pieces and they have incredibly beautiful pieces that are sourced and careful picked for their customers. If you are looking to buy, you will most definitely find what you are looking for here. I figured I’d end up spending close to a $100 for a repair job on a gold crucifix but to my surprise Parker helped remove the broken chain and upgraded me and cleaned my chain and crucifix all for under $30. It took about 5 minutes but I was willing to pay considerably more for a piece that has sentimental value but they didn’t price gouge and even talked with me during the time it took to complete the job. Every person I interact with when I go there is a good honest human who enjoys what they do which is sometimes lost in todays world. Mark my words I will be back based off of 2 short interactions that left positive impacts on me. Being a family run and operated business they definitely treat you like family. Thank you both...

Not Good. I went in to see if they could take a link (for sizing) out of a watch and they wanted to charge $40 for something that just takes a couple minutes. I even offered to pay 30 and they said no. YIKES. They also had a very poor selection of things a very small jewelry shop and very bad parking on Northwest Highway. The closest parking place was over three blocks away. There is no disabled parking anywhere near the store. If I could give this store less than one star, I would do that. I would not recommend going here. I even told the woman that I was just disabled and I receive a disability check is my only income and mention the fact that I couldn’t get a parking place and she looked at me like that was meaningless. ā˜¹ļø I even offered to pay 30 and she said no. UPDATE! I went to a different jewelry store nearby and they said they would be happy to do it for free because they support military veterans that were injured in the Afghanistan war.
