Most unprofessional workers Iâve ever seen. After checking out, one of my items still had a security tag and rang as I was leaving the store today. I went back up to have it removed, thinking the associate must have forgot to remove it. The other associate working at checkout began removing it and went to check receipt to make sure it was rung up. She realized the bag had not been rung up by the first associate, to which I said oh okay I did not realize she missed it , you can go ahead and charge me for that. I began to walk over to pay but she then proceeds to loudly talk to the other associate saying âoh they would have walked out with this bagâ and then turned to me and asks me suspiciously if I HAD (originally) EVEN PLACED IT ON THE REGISTER TO BE RUNG UP? I informed her that not only was I the one who came back in because the item rang but it was the first thing on the counter so of course I had assumed the first associate had rang it out. Itâs incredibly rude to not only be the one to make the error, but then not apologize and begin accusing the customers đđ I told her you know what I donât want it anymore, this is not how you treat customers. She just rolled her eyes. I asked if she was the manager to which she said no (do not know why a non manager is bossing around other associates, accusing customers and playing loss prevention all at once). Whoever the manager is at this location should talk to Diana/Diane about proper customer service because that was so rude and uncalled for.    Read moreI had purchase and the lady at register helped me well, when she was adjusting the price since it was little bit cuts on label and dirt on the product but the youngest female worker in the store was barking at her disrespectfully unprofessionally against us over price situation. I mentioned that to her but she was verbally argueing with nasty manner to customer. She did that because initially I asked her to find the item that I saw previously but she refused and asked the youngest boy employee to talk to me and he was so lazy simply said that item is probably gone in that section not even look for or help, just standing there had me go through the racks to find and at the end said you got it little messy in here. unbelievable. So I said itâs not messy I just tried to find item I want, you should be helping customers to find items and I left. But in nearby areas I found what I needed, then at the register he whispered to the youngest female about BS so she started barking against at the lady employee and me. Marshalls owner or manager needs to train them better, clearly those 2 youngsters specially the youngest female showed herself doesnât give a dang to any customers anytime she wants to. I said her Iâll give feed back to store manager she yelled I am the manager ⌠and blah blah I was so annoyed and disliked her rude nastiness.    Read moreI had terrible experience with this Marshalls in Niles. Tried to return merchandise, which wasn't ever open. Associate check it and said, it's incorrect item, and I have to return it in store where it was originally bought. I asked for manager. Manager by name Ivona, came and refused to return it, cuz item is not found in the system. It's not my fault, it's not in their system, but it is not incorrect item, as they said. I had issues like that with this manager before, she even dare to call customers scammers . Imagine that! It is unacceptable, disrespectful, unprofessional and rude!!! She should be fired, I saw her yelling at other customers before. Besides, she should manage her store better. Store is messy, a lot of items displayst, floor by cosmetic area filthy, fitting rooms are dusty, bathroom the same thing. Thrift store like Goodwill better organized. I was in this Marshalls before like 2 months ago, and saw pajamas on the hunger, with the sleeve ripped off. And that pajamas set still there when i came again, not even for discount price! That store definitely needs a better manager than Ivona. All she care to boss around customers. I would rather go to Mount prospect Marshalls, staff are much more friendly there. I highly recommend to change the manager and make Niles Marshalls a better...
