A few weeks ago, Mark helped me out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was kind, respectful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. That kind of energy matters more than people realize—especially in a community like this.

As a Latino collector, I’ve unfortunately had experiences at other LEGO stores where I didn’t feel safe or included. But at Nile Brick and Minifigs, it was the complete opposite. I felt like I belonged. They treat everyone with respect, no matter who you are.

There is no way for me to convey how appreciative I am for the new friends that we met today at BAM Niles. Words such as helpful, friendly, caring, attentive, engaging, compassionate, awesome and inclusive can only scratch the surface of how the staff and owner at BAM Niles truly are. One particular staff member, Mark went above and beyond with helping my son locate and assemble a certain set that has been his goal for some time. Mark is one of the nicest, kindest and most helpful young man we have ever met. He took time to locate and assemble a set from pieces that had only been received earlier in the day and yet to even reach to floor after only a few minutes of conversation with my son and I. Have never been to Bricks and Minifigs until they open few weeks back in April. Will say the staff are amazing kind and very helpful. I hope they would offer some custom builds that other places offer and accessories. I know they’re fairly new still but offer great sets that I’ve been looking for which was amazing! I’ve also sold some of my sets which were (NISB) and for the most part they credited me fairly, though there was two set which I would have wanted to sell them but I was offered low price but the staff explained me the prices and I understood that they can’t control that. Which I wish the owner was present so I could have a better price but he wasn’t available. But the staff advised me to list it on eBay or Fb marketplace, will say was he was very help and I wish I can remember his name but he the only gentleman with glasses.
