This's one of the worst restaurants that I've ever been to! I came in a couple of days ago to dine-in for lunch but I then encountered an awful experience w/ the assistant manager, ROBERTO, who was completely rude & unprofessional. He refused to give me my full change after placing my order, which was $5 short and began to argue w/ me about it. ROBERTO kept insisting that he had provided me w/ the sufficient amount of change, as I had to point out my order receipt and even count the money right in front of him (numerous times)! Afterwards, he told me to wait so that he can go to the back office and replay the surveillance video footage. Then, he finally returned after 15 minutes and decided to admit his mistake & stupidity (W/O AN APOLOGY)! Out of another stupidity, he then began to withhold my remaining change until I print my full name & phone number onto a handwritten agreement sheet. I then informed him that this's an unethical & unorthodox compensation method and that I shouldn't have to do such a thing because of his negligence. He kept insisting that I had to provide those information before he dispenses the remaining change. I finally given up on arguing w/ this cretin and decided to sign it. The next day, I reported this to his general manager, LOUIS, who informed me that he would have to investigate the issue w/ his district & regional managers along w/ the franchisee. A week later, he calls me and said that he & his managers determined that I'm now banned from this location in order to prevent further issues.
PLEASE! WHATEVER YOU DO, avoid this restaurant as possible because they'll DEFINITELY hustle and attempt to manipulate you like this incompetent thief, ROBERTO! Throughout this entire crisis, it was extremely difficult to communicate & understand ROBERTO because he's very non-fluent in ENGLISH and speaks w/ a thick accent. LOUIS along w/ his managers & franchisee aren't really empathetic & understanding @ all. I can careless for the ban as I would never dare to return to this location even if MR. WONDERFUL paid me millions of dollars. If you ever decide to pay a visit,...

On January 2nd after getting back home from vacation we stopped at Culvers for dinner. It had to have been about 7pmish. An older lady in her late 50s maybe 60s assisted me with other younger gentleman in the front. I ordered Broccoli, pretzel bites, onion rings and 3 burgers. It took them literally about 10-15 mins to give me my food. I think they forgot because they had a lot of movement through drive threw. One of the gentleman that was working saw me waiting, and got my order together. I should of checked my order but I figured after all that time they should of got my order correct. I get home and noticed the pretzels wasn't there. Since this was part of my son's dinner I went back to get it. The lady apologize and gave me a free scoop. I went ahead and still bought another scoop for my daughter. About an hour later I realize that I did not have my onion rings. By then it was late, cold, and I was getting sick (found out it was Covid). I called and spoke to the gentleman and told him about the onion rings. I told him to put me in their book because it was to late, and he said he would. I wasn't able to make it there because I found out I had Covid and was really sick for about 2 weeks.
I was finally able to make it back over to Culvers on Feb 6th because I was in the area after visiting Target. I went through drive through to order the onion rings and spoke to a gentleman first. Then a lady took over the conversation and just dismissed me altogether saying I waited to late and that I didn't have a receipt. I told her, who keeps fast food receipts for that long and also I thought I would be fine if you put me in the book. Besides being dismissed right away and not checking the book, she was extra combative over some onion rings. I didn't have time or energy to argue, I was with my son so I just left.
My wife always get on me about checking my bag before I leave, I will do so now on. This is usually the go to spot when I am making my Target run, but for now on...
Read moreStore manager Simone is truly amazing & inspires her staff to be friendly, helpful and committed to providing a good dining experience. My sister had been picking up Culvers for lunch for herself & my parents once a week throughout the worst of the pandemic. My parents had never eaten at Culver's and were hooked right away! They truly enjoy the burgers, sides and desserts! Once the dining room opened again, they began dining in every Tuesday for lunch. Both of my parents have some minimal mobility issues, so someone always comes out, greets them & holds open the doors for them every time they see my family park just outside the door. Simone always makes a point of saying hello and making sure she has fresh coffee for them. During a visit earlier this year, it was my father's birthday, his 99th. As it turned out, the gentleman working the counter, Martin, was also celebrating his birthday. Martin & Simone went above and beyond to make it a special lunch for my dad, and it truly made my dad's day & he tells everyone about it. Since then, we have had several 'family' lunches at this location when other family members and I are in town visiting, and the staff is always very friendly, kind and makes us feel very welcome.
In this era of difficult staffing issues, Simone and her staff are exceptional and provide a great experience every week...
