I went into this store because I had previously went in a few tears back with no issues. This time I went in and asked to try on a dress. First she told me no then she said yes I could try on only one. While walking back to the fitting room she asked me if I was OK with the price, I said yes, I am fine with the price, she than said you can pay 400.00, I thought that was a weird question, but I said yes I could. When I get to the fitting room another lady is trying on several dresses. Why do they pick and choose who they allow to try on clothes? How is that not discrimination? This store needs new management. I hope they read this review because I will go back into the store and make them aware of who I am. I could purchase everything in that store several.times over again.i have to look presentable everyday of the week for one day I wear starchy pants and a sweatshirt and you think I can...

Please don't buy a dress here unless the actual seamstress/tailor looks at the dress 1st!! My mother spent almost $200 on a 5xl (in other regular stores she is a 2xl). It's male tailor who cuts the dress according to the measurements of other female employees inexperienced tailoring. The dress was made for someone much taller and more slimmer. But any other professional tailor would of acknowledged that. The ladies were more than professional with my mother, just wish the tailor/seamstress was the same. Also it was a $99 discounted dress with a $25 hem cut and a $45 shoulder cut plus tax.

Update: I've asked for the parts that were cut off to be returned and ill do another update to see if they would return it or do a proper fitting...

Worst customer services I've ever encounter with. When we walked in the store, no one offer help. They only came to us when we started wrapping the dress to try on to tell us that the limit is 3 dresses per room and no return. When I got in the dressing room to help my daughter zipping the dress up, the sale lady stated: " If you help your daughter zipping the dress up and if you break the zipper you will have to pay for the dress"...?!? I asked :" Then can you help her?". She just stood there staring at me and repeated one more time:" If you break the zipper you will have to pay for the dress". HOW WOULD YOU TRY ON IF YOU CAN'T EVEN TOUCH THE DRESS TO ZIP IT UP?...We walked out of...
