Panera Bread — Restaurant in Virginia

Customer service no longer has meaning at Panera on Sudley Road in Manassas, VA. The ordering experience was great. The pickup experience was poor. For curbside pickup, the text said click on the link to let us know you're here. I waited several minutes and nobody came out with my food. Then I thought, perhaps I don't wait at the reserved parking, but I must need to pull up curbside, literally. I waited there a few minutes, nothing. I asked another customer nearby who asked me my number. I had no clue. When I checked my phone gain, I realized you don't just click on the link to "let us know you're here" and then wait. But the link takes you to a page where you enter which spot you're in. So I moved back to the reserved spots again, entered the spot number and waited more. The resulting page said flash your lights, so I did. Still, nobody came out. I went into the store. The first employee I saw told me the next person down would help me - he had no idea what I needed as we weren't at the ordering counter. So, I dutifully went to the back and spoke with someone who looked like a manager as he wasn't prepping food, taking orders or cashing. I told him what happened, gave him my first and last names, and he nonchalantly proceeded towards to the front of the store. Came back and went back again. Then came back with my food which was sitting there since it was ready at 2:44pm, about the time I first arrived. Yet, I didn't get my food until 3:04pm. A full 20 mins later. I asked him if my food had been there all that time and nobody brought it out though I was here and he just said, the staff had "other customers." I sat outside for about 15 mins, 2 people walked in and 1 was eating already. So nobody bothering to bring my food out was because 2 people went in the store. And, I never got an apology. It felt like, "that's just how we do at Panera. Next!" Sad, Panera used to be so...

It's a place for convenience throughout entire life. Many individuals like it due to the service, most likely it base on their ingredients they serve. It's it rights ? Yeah. They have decent food. Usually they give recipies with bread. Really? Yes, they do. It's American cuisine with French tradition. In fact French people love to eat with bread because it's their culture. Panera is originally come from Canada. For real? Yeah. They make it decent for many citizens who publish it. Although the got Wi-Fi available in everywhere mo mater which Penera they go. Their wi-fi is available internet service. It's it free ? Yes. When ordered food, each customers has to get to the cashier points where they can take purchases. They can pay by cash, debt, or credit card. They can also have self order counter machines. Oh, really ? Yes. They have them there. When they enter the place they'll see those portable payment system for them to order without going to the cashier point. Is Penera expensive ? No it's not too expensive to own. They have decent price. The good news is kids can get a meal for free because of their sinplification of parenthood. The rest are suitable price. Is this a place for guests ? Yes. It's for everyone. No mater if they're guests of the city, visitors of the state, visitors of the country, travelers, business people, foreigners, tourists, special guests, others, families, and friends. Even students. It's available as always. It's that a offer ? Yeah, I'm positive about this. Do they have charging inputs? I gave this particular location 3 separate chances, and every time was let down. The first one, I ordered Panera for delivery to my work. I selected my designated lunch time for delivery and not only did it arrive late, but the delivery driver dropped my food all over the floor and was another 45 minutes before they came back with cold food.... I was never offered a refund or any compensation for them having missed my opportunity to eat. The second time I had food delivered from this store, I ordered a sandwich, but was brought a salad... today I submitted online rapid pick up, selected ASAP then drove 15-20 minutes to the store to find that my order wasn’t there. The lady I spoke with believed that someone else may have walked off with my order (with my name on it...) which shows that this isn’t monitored in store. I then waited an extra 15 minutes for them to remake my order. As I placed the rapid order because I only had a small window for my lunch break, I was late to return to work so I didn’t bother checking my food until I had already left the facility. My hot sandwich, was freezing cold, and my bbq Mac and cheese was without bbq, cold, purple shreds of chicken, and the cheese was all clumped together.... when I called the manager he kept offering a free meal the NEXT TIME I CAME BACK. I told him that he needed to do better because I will never come back to this store. Not after 3 failed lunches...
