Extremely horrible customer service !!! It all started when I was home and found a couple of boxes with old Victoria Secret scents that were in the old packaging. I really love the fragrances but wasnât sure if I could do an even exchange. Because of the fact that itâs L-brand and in bath and body works, even if they are old or discontinued you can still exchange. So I looked online and it said if the purchase was made past 90 days I could exchange them or get store credit. Staying within 90 days I would get a refund. I didnât care for the refund just an exchange. I walked into the Victoria secrete in manasssas mall because itâs a lot closer to my home rather than the one in fair oaks but when I walked in 2 employees on the sales floor turned and looked at me but no one greeted me . They just turned back and kept folding panties. I didnât really care so I walked all the way to the back of the store where the registers are and asked the manager who is middle eastern if it was possible to exchange some stuff I had. It was just to ask the question and be sure. The manager didnât even say âhiâ or âwelcome inâ all she said was â what are you trying to exchange?â I showed her the old fragrances and off the bat she gave me attitude. She was like ânoâ âthese are old and you canât exchange themâ and so I was like âoh really? Bc I read that I could exchange them?â And she was like âno, who told you that ?â As she gave me a stank face!â I told her âI looked it up and it said onli...â (she cut me off) and was like âshow me !â I showed her my phone and she was like âno It says 90 days and this is wayyy past 90 days !â She called over another manager . She told the manager that I wanted a FULL REFUND ! For my products the other manager just like âno! Those are way past 90days ! I told the other manager âno, that is not what I even told her ! I told her i just wanted to exchange ! Not refund!â She gave me a rude look and was like â no these are old and they have been used !â And I explained to her that that I was just asking a simple question ( the products wasnât even half used literally only one of them was ever used and the other product I had was still completely full!) both of these women started being rude especially the middle eastern women. I didnât argue I just said Iâll take me stuff back thatâs fine I just wanted to make sure if I was allowed to or not ? The other manager who was black just looked and me and said â if you want take it up HRâ with her voice raised at me even tho I didnât give her attitude and it was simply a question. Never have I ever been so humiliated for just asking a simple question. I didnât think it was okay for these managers to be so rude to a customer. They are the ones that set an example for the other employees so once I left it came to no surprise why when I came Into the store at the beginning no one greeted me and just kept folding because these to manager arenât doing theyâre just to show customer service. If either one of them would have just said â unfortunately the website isnât completely accurate or the store policy isnât posted online but we have it in store. Is there anything g else we might be able to help you with? Or something between those line I would have been fine and understood. Theyâre was no reason what-so ever to have given me attitude or raised theyâre voices at me ! L-brands or the Victoria Secret district manager should really have a word with these ladies and yeah them manners or higher people with actual customer service...
   Read moreI typically go to the Potomac Mills store because it is closer to my home, but because the Manassas location is closer to my job I decided to try them out. I go to Victorias Secret because the love the quality of the bras, the price is high but I spend it anyway because I love the support I get with their bras. I have nothing against the BRAND but I am a little upset with the quality of service and the knowledge these ladies lack.
I was previously measured at a 32DDD. I tried the bra on and it fit okay. I realized after a few days that the 32DDD was just a little too snug so I decided to go back and purchase the next size up. When I went back in I was informed that the next size up was a 34DD so trusting the professionals I purchased the 34DD without trying it on. MISTAKE!!!! The 34DD bras were still snug but I did not want to go back and spend another $60-$70 on a bra.
With the Semi Annual sale, I wanted to take advantage of the online sales Victoria's Secret was having so I decided to call the store and ask what the next size up from a 34DD was. She tells me a 34DDD. For some reason I questioned her and asked her what a size down from a 34DD was and she told me a 34D. At this point I told her that I was informed in store that the 32DDD was a size down from the 34DD. Guess what she told me...... "Oh those are sister sizes" So for clarification I ask "And by sister sizes you mean a 32DDD and 34DD are the same size?" She confirmed with a "Yes"..
Totally NOT her fault. She was just doing her job by answering my questions. But I was very frustrated with the fact that I had purchased 3-4 bras with them THAT WERE ALL THE SAME SIZE ): . We all know that these bras are great but they are EXPENSIVE.
I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me to bring my bras in and she will see what she can do for me.
The ladies that work here are very nice, but just need more training. Perhaps I should continue to go to the Potomac...
   Read moreHonestly I'm so disgusted with Victoria Secret it's sad! This WAS my favorite store and I'll admit I spent way to much money here! In one month alone I spent over 3 grand in store shopping, but the customer service is horrible! The majority of the woman there are so snobby, rude and just plain out unkind! It got to the point where no one would walk up and ask if I needed help, they would stand in little groups whispering & it was clear it was about me because one of the other customers they were talking to while whispering turned around and looked at me and so did the woman who worked there then when they saw that I saw they turned around! My mom said that maybe it's because of not liking how much money I've spent in there BUT in any case I have decided to no longer give this store or Vic Secret online any more of my money! My sister, mom, grandma & brother said that they are going to cut there cards up in support of the horrible experience I have has with this company! I also have decided that I'm going to cut my card up as well and never shop here again. It's a shame I'm stuck with about 10 totes of there clothes but maybe I'll start gifting them to charities anything is better then supporting this awful awful company. The clothes maybe cute but trust me when I say in the long run it's not worth the emotional abuse you are subjected too and even verbal abuse depending on the associate! That's another story in itself. So I recommend...
