Great customer service to your face but zero customer service after the sale. Apparently every sales person calls themselves a manager and promise you the world to get you to make a purchase. Once they have your money, they don't know you. It's been 13 weeks, no furniture, no eta, no one will even answer the phone. I want my money!!! Drove 3hrs to order, Over $2500 spent and now Bri tells me i have to drive 3hrs to get a refund. This is ridiculous, unacceptable and Absolutely horrible service.
