Staff is usually friendly when I go in except this one lady. I tried to ask one of the workers for help but she walked right by me. When I went to get her attention, she said she can’t help me and to find one of the other workers. I assumed she was going clocking out so I let it go. I found someone else but they were helping another customer so I waited for her to get back. Which was pretty quick actually (10-15min). I tried again but she still seemed aggravated. Not to mention the reek of cigarette. She gave attitude again and said she’s on break that she can’t help. Mind you, she went over to the worker I saw that was STILL helping the other customers and sent them to do something else with that same attitude. I’m getting mad at this point because this isn’t the first time. So I asked her name, she said Kiki. She wouldn’t give me her first name (if that’s not it). When I asked for a manager, she said she is one. Is this true? I just laughed cus ain’t no way a “manager” is behaving this way. It’s one thing to have a bad day, cool we get it. Read moreWorst conflict resolution EVER! Shopped at the store on South Willow street in Manchester, NH and tried paying by credit card. I was told my card was declined and paid cash instead. Turns out my card was charged anyway so I went back to the store for a refund. (At the time I was very polite and understanding because I know mistakes happen.) I was told at the store that only the manager could help me and he wasn't there and to call the next day. I called the next day and was told (by the same woman that turned me away the night before claiming she couldn't help me I might add) that the system will charge my card no matter what as a pending transaction and then drop off the account at a later time. She said that it is just how the system is set up. I'm calling BS!!!!!! My statement shows it as an actual sale and now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company which could take 6 weeks!!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! Read moreMy most recent visit, they had changed the stores layout and had ladders and trash everywhere. I was careful if where I walked or else I could of gotten hurt. I had a few employees walk past me without a word spoken which I found rude and when I went to the check out, every single register was closed yet working and the person at the front told me SHE HAD to scan my items herself which I found unnecessary. Why have self check out if I can't do it myself? I won't be going back. I have little to no immune system due to incurable cancer and my mother who I live with also has stage 4 lung cancer, and I use PPE but I don't need someone who's been touching other people's items then touching mine when they don't sanitize their hands inbeteeen customers especially during a season where there's MANY bugs going around.
