Wonderful place for all your gold & precious gemstone needs, really any jewelry questions or repairs you might have this is the right store to be in. Everyone including the security guy Joel are down to earth,very friendly & honest as soon as you walk in with a wealth of knowledge share. Fair prices with fast service, beautiful store and inventory. Snacks on the table and coffee available. They sometimes even provide a secret menu kinda like in&out if you’d rather have a soda or random beverage selection from the employee fridge! Probably give you the shirt off their back if you asked. Very nice store, friendly staff, always beats competitor prices for buying/selling. I originally went to the Torrance location and had a very good experience. The man that helped me (i forgot his name... Sorry) was super helpful and informed me that there was another location in manhattan beach that was closer to me. So on my next trip i tried this location and got the same great service. And to the person that left a negative review..... You either went to some other gold buyer that has nothing to do with this company, or you are a competitor that is trying to drum up business by trashing other companies online. Maybe you should try another profession because this doesn't seem to be working for you. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK SOUTH...

We were pretty nervous about selling our gold in this market but South Bay Gold took the pressure off. Ryan was courteous and professional and dealt with us honestly. He gave us a tad less than the current spot price due to volume which we thought was fair. (As he said, he needed to make a little money, too.)
