Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery — Local services in Mansfield

I placed an order this week for the newly advertised cupcake bites which come 6 for $12 and was very disappointed that Tiff's would sell these. They were so awful no one in my office would eat them after 2 people tried it. They were super tiny, barely the size of a quarter - which is advertised,, but they were clearly frozen and then thawed and tasted terrible. Paying $12 for something so inedible is not a good deal. Those of us brave enough to try them said they tasted just off and the texture was all wrong. They look nothing like the pictures that were emailed to me. Also, when we placed the order online and arrived at the time set, there were several workers standing around and only one was helping someone who took forever picking out cookies so we had to stand behind them for an extremely long amount of time while we watched the other workers standing around doing nothing. This was very disappointing because normally their service is so good. I hope in the future they choose better in who they decide to...

Today I decided to stop at tiffs treat to get my pregnant girlfriend come cookies that she’s been craving. I ask the lady at the register for a dozen of the pecan cookies she only had 10 so I told her that was fine. She instantly got an attitude and told me next time order online cause she has to make more now and continued to make comments about what I wanted I ask for an manger she reply’s she is the manager I ask for the corporate number she told me it’s at the bottom of the receipt which was the store number. As I was leaving she told me not to be so greedy and walk to the back making more remarks I’m not sure what she said but was unprofessional. I recommend the real manager do something with this employee that was very rude to me. After checking my cookies as you can see she basically tossed them in my box...

I went into Tiff’s Treats for literally 2 seconds and the woman behind the counter immediately asked if I had my handicap plate. I told her yes, and then she asked me to go show her — like she was an officer. As someone who’s disabled, that was really upsetting. Just because I look healthy doesn’t mean I am. Instead of placing my order, I just left. People really need to understand invisible disabilities are real. Mind you it’s in my window she just couldn’t see it.. not my fault.. I will be looking further into why I was not served. I am African American.. And...
