dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in Manteca

I know DDs is just a discount store, but that does not excuse the behavior of the cashier with nose piercings and heavy makeup. For the past five months, she has repeatedly demanded customers to insert their cards before the transaction even begins. This is unacceptable and quite suspicious. It's not a gas station, so why should we prepay for purchases? It's possible that she's skimming the cards, and I won't let it happen to me. I immediately locked my card after leaving the store, and I'm worried about how many people might have fallen victim to fraud after using the machines operated by that particular cashier. This behavior needs to stop, and the store should take action to ensure the safety of its customers' financial information.I know what DDs is . Its a discount store I dont have a high bar of expectations. I wonder how many people have experienced fruad after usig their machines utilized by...

This place is great for toys and clothes. It has a gracious amount of off brand electronics and household items.

Why the bad review? You guessed it. CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The greeting is ok. It’s more of a I don’t want to be here and don’t steal our very low priced materials type of greeting. The security guard looks unprofessional and is quite rude. The cashier are all females and no males. The gender diversity is minimal. The female cashier are snobby and ego inflated. Sometimes when they are packed. They have short tempers.

If anyone goes here. Don’t bring any items in the store. They will take it. Only store in Manteca that does this. It is not under law that they can take your store bought belongings.

If you decide to shop here. It’s best to know what your shopping for and check out. Don’t except high end service with low level esteem employees.

I am sad to report it was ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE! I was verbally assaulted my the MANAGER! I was told she could help me with an inquiry by another employee. She was nut only abrasive and rude to every customer, she fired batty words at me add I was leaving in front of everyone..simply fit asking her to make the inquiry with another store as I'd just had a surgical procedure and wasn't up to in and ought of stores etc. I will never step foot inn this location again. I should have stuck with the stir at home..Modesto branch on Tully rd. Shocked and dismayed at the whole situation. If out were just myself I would simply dismiss as a random bad day it? But it was not inclusive. Management team has received a call. As a manager anyone in her employe is being taught there customer service does & don'ts by the example of their superior. I hope this doesn't effect...
