My husband and I had a great experience in working with DMP Furniture. After searching several other furniture stores and not finding what we wanted, we remembered the DMP store in Maple Grove and decided to stop in to see what they have. We immediately found the perfect dining room table and as we were browsing Jeff came to assist us. We discussed our concern that the table may be a little too long for our space and they worked with us to see what else they may have from this manufacturer in stock. We went home and measured and decided to fill the space with the table they had, and they assured us it will look amazing. While in the store Jeff suggested buying another fabric chair to give the set a more modern chic look. The table also had a buffet available and we bought both pieces with the chairs they suggested. Because we were in the midst of a kitchen remodel and could not take delivery right away they gladly offered to hold our purchase until we could. We could not be more happy. The dining set turned out to be the best possible set we could have ever imagined and it finished our space perfectly. We are receiving so many compliments. Thank you DMP Furniture! Our first experience with DMP was happenstance. We were going to another store and decided to see what DMP had to offer. Immediately upon entering we recognized the superior quality of the items for sale. We walked around for a bit and Jeff; the owner, asked if he could be of any assistance. Before we left that day, we had decided to purchase the beautiful Italian made caramel colored, leather couch as a key piece in our new living room. Subsequent visits to DMP led to our purchasing several more items. Another living room piece; the large, round stone coffee table. The bed frame for the master bedroom. And the console in our family room. Each piece did not disappoint, being of highest quality and workmanship. When Jeff was not able to assist us, both Jolene and Zak stepped in to offer equally professional help in making our choices and keeping us informed about our deliveries. Some pieces came in before our new home was complete, but Jeff agreed to hold them all until our home was ready. And the delivery; so very important, was on time and performed by two young men who were courteous and professional. DMP will always be among our first stores to visit for home...

DMP Furniture - exceptional from start to finish! The first time I walked through DMP, I was impressed with the selection of furniture, the quality, and the staff. I was greeted by Jolene and experienced customer service unlike anywhere else. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I purchased beautiful leather counter chairs and then perused the showroom. I found a sectional and returned to the store several times to look at it. Zak was incredible, too. He went out of his way to answer all my questions. Between Jolene and Zak and their low pressure but encouraging sales approach, I purchased the sectional, which I love. The gentleman who called to arrange the delivery was courteous and accommodating. Likewise, the delivery men were phenomenal.
