Panda Express — Restaurant in Maple Grove

I am obsessed with Chinese food, and the food here is delicious. However, the staff are never very friendly. I usually come often and just ignore it, but today I went there at 10:30 which is when it said on their website they opened and was posted on their door. However, the door was locked at 10:31, and the workers inside looked at me but didn't move. I stood outside the door for 10 minutes until 10:40 when I gave up and left. It is horribly rude to make customers wait outside the door after you are supposed to be open. They just lost a frequent customer.

Update: I was a little harsh from being angry about being denied my chinese food. I still go here and have not had a negative experience since, the staff are all so nice and helpful and the food is always great. If they are out of anything you have the option to wait for them to make more and...

We made a DoorDash order at my work for 4 entrees. The dasher arrived with only 2 entrees (not Panda's fault initially) BUT after that I called the restaurant to see if the other half of our order was still there/what happened. They proceeded to tell me that the Dasher left the other 2 meals there and that one of their employees would drop it off to us. Half hour later, hadn't seen anyone and received no call on the matter. We tried calling multiple times with no answer. An hour later, finally someone answered the phone and said that they don't deliver and that we would have to go through DoorDash again to reorder/get a credit. Horrible communication at this place and apparently they don't confirm what the DoorDashers are picking up/ensuring they get the full order. Very upset with this location...

First time I ordered from the Maple Grove location, the fried rice and orange chicken were stale. I let that slide since it was a first. The second time I ordered, the food was better. This third time, I ordered online and it told me to pick it up in 20-30 min. I got there on time but my food wasn't at all ready. The order ticket was still sitting where it was printed and the guy then grabbed the ticket and started making the order. I was told to wait 5 more minutes, which I did. I got home and realized that the vegetables for the Shanghai Angus Beef were undercooked. I am disappointed in this location. Other locations do not give me this much problems.
