Found this place because another nearby pizza place we were going to order from was out of gluten free crust--a quick Google maps search found this place, and I'm so glad it did! This was one of the best, if not the best, gluten free pizza I've had in the Twin Cities area, and I've tried some from some spendier places. There was a bit of confusion picking up my takeout order, but judging from other reviews, it was just a fluke or staff answered me and I couldn't hear what anyone was saying (entirely possible). ๐ Someone else eventually came to the counter a minute or so later and asked if I was picking up an order and retrieved it for me. (My order was also ready almost 15 minutes earlier than the estimated time, which was great because we were very hungry!) Our pizzas were a little soggy by the time I got them home, but I suspect these are just the kinds of pizzas best eaten right away vs waiting to be picked up and then traveling 10+ minutes home. ๐ This is for sure one of our new top pizza places and will...

We got a variety to try things. The Margherita pizza was basic, the sauce is very thin and not a ton of flavor but the cust was very nice, we got the foccacia bread with had a wonderful flavor and was perfectly cooked but was just a little dry, we tried with some sauce and was perfect ๐. We tried the classic cheese with pepperoni and again the crust was Fantastic, the pepperoni had great flavor but the sauce was underwhelming but overall a good pizza. We also tried a south Philly with pepper jack and no onions, the fries were great, the Philly was good but not a ton of flavor but add the garlic aoli and it was Fantastic as well. We ended up with lots of leftovers and for everything we only spent $45.
Overall we were very happy with the quality and price for what it is and will be...

Self served plates, utensils, condiments, and to go boxes. Small salads are huge and also meant to be shared. Pizzas also can be shared between 2 people. Was not sure as again, we didn't interact with anyone. Buffalo chicken and Cesaer salad were good. Don Carlo pizza was good but what made it great was the balsamic dressing that had in the condiment section. The pineapple express pizza was also great if you are that kind of person ๐. The cookies though, pretty bad. Do not waste your money. The taste like you opened a box of cake mix on the shelf at cub and just poured it in your mouth. They need eggs and milk or something. They are incredibly dry. Do not do it. The price for it all is shocking as well. On Tuesdays they have b1g1. I would come back for that, but probably only then if I'm...
