Wonderful! Incredible positive impact on both of our children - 7th and 11th grade. The team is engaging and truly cares about the development and well-being of their students. The level of confidence from both of our children has grown immensely - amazing that they both look forward to "an hour of math" and come out every time with a great attitude. This is a new location, since January, but the level of professionalism from Ira is one of an experienced administrator. Through the COVID-19 crisis, they were able to set up a virtual class to allow for the continuation of classes in a simple and effective manner - this is a testament to their passion for teaching students. Mathnasium has been the best investment! My daughter views math in a whole new light! She enjoys working the problems because she has gained the confidence. The Maple Valley location has tutors who are not only engaging but incredibly gifted. They are so efficient at discovering where my child is at in her understanding of the math and then ensuring that my child will be able to work those problems on her own in the future. My child went from dealing with anxiety during Math class and homework to now two grades above her class due to the tutors and program at Mathnasium. Maple Valley location also has fantastic owners. The owner/manager, Ira, was very friendly and helpful to us. She will accommodate session schedules and is very flexible about it. The tutors themselves are experienced and trained and many have degrees in prestigious fields. They’re all very nice and always help my son when he needs it. Our son is already in the medium math class and we have him going in here as enrichment. They emphasize filling in the gaps and it’s clear that he’s relearning things he’s forgotten. I think that they have a very good system that is engaging for the children and keep them occupied the whole time. The fee is very reasonable in comparison with other tutoring companies.
