Raza Jewelers is a family owned business and a GREAT place to go for all your jewelry items! Raza, is a friend of mine and I can call him a friend now since I have known this sincere, friendly, knowledgeable man for 5 years now! I purchased these black square earrings for me and a ring for my gf, 5 years ago and both of my jewelry items still look BRAND NEW! Raza, stands behind his product and the quality of his jewelry is phenomenal! Every time I go to Maplewood Mall, I always stop by his jewelry kiosk and say Hi to Raza, even if I am not purchasing any jewelry on that day from him. The reason behind it is, he has AWESOME customer service and why not stop by before going to the food court to check in and see how everything is going with Raza! After all that’s what friends do, they check up on eachother! He helps me with my watch batteries and has the best prices in town! Look no further, if you want a world class experience, please do yourself a favor and stop at Raza Jewelers, you will be glad you did!...

They like to still money from people. I got a $300 silver chain from then and the lock was lose i told them to fix it, but they broke it. I ask them for a refund and they charge me a fee for some that i got and they broke it... no recommend this place at all..... Impulse at the Mall of America is way better and they really good solving problems without charging you......... really bad experience......... u charge me a refund fee for some that your employee broke.... no body explained me nothing about refund and i been a costumer with Impulse for 5 yrs with no problems at all with refund or other problems.... charge me $30 for something that your employee broke is not fare, she should pay that fee... it took me a while to be able to pay my chain, thats why i did a layaway and what i got a broken chain and a...

I happened to be at Maplewood mall with my daughter and saw this great jewelry kiosk. I had been meaning to get my daughters ring fixed(the stone was loose) but was afraid to take it to the big box jewelry store for fear of the price they would charge me. I asked the friendly gentlemen working and he said he could certainly have his jewelry repair guy fix it no problem... and for a reasonable price. A few days later I received a call that it was all repaired and ready to pick up. The repair cost was even cheaper than I thought it would be and my daughter is happy to have her ring back. Great customer service!! and was suprised at their jewelry selection. Not what you would expect from a mall kiosk. Had my eye on some really nice pieces...I will be back for...
