Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Maplewood

Made an order and stepped away for 1min to talk to my wife if she wants anything from this place and got my order skip. The lady after me got her 3 subs. I ask the cook that mine got skipped and he acted like he didn't know. The other asian cook came by looked at the screen and even said that my order was skipped. Went to talk to the women manager and she didn't even apologize for the screw up and got offended and said that I should have never walked away for that 1min. I told the women manager when someone order's food it is cooked by order on the screen and should not matter because you can read by order's. She got quite and said nothing else so I demanded my money back and left. Never again I will spend a penny...

I am a vegan so I cannot say much of a review for their sandwich options, but I work at the mall and I occasionally come here for French fries. They always make them fresh, and they give you a really decent serving for the price. In this image this is a large size, and I had a handful already. 😆 The fries are always so hot and delicious!! 🤤😋 They have a decent selection of condiments & seasonings. I really recommend their lemonade it is bomb and definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Services always super quick and on point, employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating. I’ve been hooked on Charley’s for about 2-3 years now. I first discovered them 2-3 years back. I had just finished visiting the petting zoo they have at the Maplewood Mall that I’d also highly recommend. I grabbed Charley’s for lunch & I’ve been a faithful returning customer ever since. I had some today & like clockwork it did not disappoint. Only thing I’d tell people to watch for is they rotate new items on & off the menu.
