Torrid — Local services in Maplewood

This review was meant to be left roughly a week ago after having such an amazing experience at this stores location. I went to Maywood Maywood location to purchase dress pants for an upcoming interview and I had called before hand and spoke with Mandy and she was very helpful, upon arriving to the store I received help from both Mandy and Sam the assistant store manager and they were absolutely amazing. They were very helpful in finding the right style of I needed, they were also very kind enough to allow me too change into my newly purchased dress pants for my interview before getting to my interview. They wished me the best of luck and were overall just the sweetest women that I’ve ever met and they truly showed definition of customer service at its finest. Has a lovely selection of clothes for women size 10 and above. This is usually my first stop when I need a outfit for an occasion. Well organized, nice clearance section. Clothing is high quality, every piece but one has lasted me a long time and i actually returned the piece of clothing that didnt last and torrid replaced it. Good customer service. Love Torrid but sucks that we can't try anything on due to covid. I went in here looking for much needed jeans & was told to buy a few pair & return the ones I don't like. No! I'm not spending $150 + on 2 pairs of jeans & return them & wait for 7-10 days for a refund. Money does not grow on trees.
