It is shameful for a business that a client comes to the point of giving a bad review due to the business inaction. Initially, both my wife and I were happy with the upholstery repairs themselves. We took our EOS VW to have the interior fixed. Carlos and team did a good work but when picking up the car, we noticed that the windows were not rolling down. “Bring the car back and we will fix it.” Well, even though we both work Monday to Friday and the upholstery man conveniently doesn’t work on weekends, we manage to take again the car during the week. Upon completion of the window problem, my wife went to pick up the car. Unfortunately she left without thoroughly checking the car and when she arrived to work, she noticed a big dent on the back left side less than 10 minutes later. She called Carlos immediately and sent him via text several pictures. He responded that it was hard to assess as he never moved the car from one spot. I called him later on to discuss the damage only to have a mean conversation with Carlos in which he said “why didn’t, your wife check the car before removing it from the parking lot” and “ who knows where you had your car dented and now you want to pin it on me”. We ended the conversation with his “bring it and we’ll see”
That same day, my wife called him and very nicely explained to Carlos the dent problem plus an additional problem with the door not opening. He was very nice to her (which he was not to me) and told her to bring the car. We did, and Carlos knew the day we were taking the car. Alan, his employee received us and told us that Carlos was not in, that he (Alan) would fix the door problem but he did not know anything about the dent. When we picked up the car, the door was fixed. Alan told us that he would relay the dent message to Carlos and that we should expect a phone call. Well, it has been over two months and we never heard from him. The cost of the dent has been valued at around $800 dollars. I paid for the upholstery repairs $2675.00 (not cheap).
Beware of taking your car because although the upholstery repairs are decent ,your car may come out damaged and dented. Do you really want a confrontation with someone who does not take...

I purchased a custom leather kit for my 2007 Acura TL and have never experienced such poor workmanship. Not only was the leather a disaster but these so called experts broke almost every piece they touched in my car. They left the back seat unbolted because they stripped all the holes where the bolts were supposed to be inserted. They also installed the arm rest in the back incorrectly. These are just some of the issues with this installation. On top of this disaster, the exterior was covered in white soot all over the place and the worker tracked mud throughout the back of my vehicle.
I took the vehicle to a reputable place and they cringed when I showed them the job. They had to take the vehicle apart piece by piece including reinstalling the leather on every seat. What originally they believed to be a simple job turned into a 2 day job once they started removing the seats and seeing the havoc that this company let loose on my vehicle.
To top it all off, the comany refused to refund me the mony spent to have them...

My mother in law picked up the car and noticed the window was not working when she got in. She asked why it was not working now, he said he was too busy to come look at the car and he told them to bring the car the following week. She noticed 10 minutes later when she got to work there was a large dent and scratches by the back tire. He had the nerve to yell and be rude with my father when he called and asked about the damages. Since then, Carlos has given them the run around and hasn't fixed it. The days he tells them to come to the shop he's not there or available. His employee Alan told my parents that he would relay the message and he assured them Carlos would give them a call back. He never did. My parents paid $2675 cash and also left with over $800 in damages to their car which were quoted by a repair company. The work is mediocre as well as the panel on the drivers side comes off if you’re not careful. I urge you to take your car...
