A+++ customer service. Been bowling for 20 years, however, never had my own ball made to my specifications. Used house balls only. Decided to get serious about bowling, so gave this place a shot. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and spent a good hour with me to make sure I was getting the right size/choice for my custom made ball. After waiting for them to drill my holes to size, they even let me bowl a game on the house for free to give it a try.
