I was originally skeptical of ordering new slings for my chairs so after I ordered the samples and choose my favorite, I ordered one sling. The sling was much more difficult to install than the videos that I watched suggested, but I was still very happy with the outcome! It took my husband multiple days to do the entire set once we ordered 4 more slings because it was so difficult. We also had to use Vaseline to get the slings to move. This could have been due to the age of the set or the curve in the design. It was a much better option to order new slings than replace my entire patio set. These slings make my patio set look brand new! I also didn’t know the make or model of my patio set prior to ordering. So I sent a picture to the company and like the patio set geniuses that they are, they knew exactly what I should order! Very happy with the company and the product! We were very impressed with every aspect of the ordering process through delivery of our new slings. We had a fairly large order of 11 single slings and 4 two piece slings. This was a custom order and I provided samples of our old slings as measurement.

I placed the order on July 30th and we received the new slings on August 8th (well ahead of the anticipated timing). We had all slings installed by 11 PM on August 9th, 2019. It took us about 7 hours together (my husband and myself) total on installation (note we are both very mechanical). Be sure to read directions on the website for installation as the directions are critical. You will need the spreader/clamp tool for sling install, it would have been impossible without this tool. I believe the install will go much faster with 2 people.

Our new slings make our pool area look amazing, like a resort.

We have a set of six aluminum chairs that other than the fabric were in great shape. When then slings started failing I looked around for new chairs of the same quality to replace these 10 year old ones. Wow! Most that I found that are of comparable quality are super expensive. Then I found this company, did some research and measurements and ordered new slings. We are so glad that we did, everything came on time, the quality is superb, and the helpful directions really helped. Pay attention to the directions and videos on the web sight and things will go well. Also you should really consider buying the clamps recommended. I don’t think I could have done the job without them. This is a great company to work with, the products we received are excellent quality, and you will save a ton of money by doing it yourself.
