Absolutely terrible, and this is coming from an ex employee who has worked there for over a year now, disgusting environment, roaches in the back, I informed my manager that there is a dead roach in the middle of the dining room, and she did not care whatsoever, they have Favoritism and are racist , They treat Their Filipino customers better than any other customers , And that goes for employees as well . They constantly will yell back-and-forth rudely as the customer tries to speak up to order food, Manager refers to any Hispanic or Latino person as “the Mexicans” Prices are way too high for the little portions that they try to give you Then again, it depends if you’re Filipino or not. Never in my life 10 years working have I witness such unprofessionalism. My work ethic is based on customer service and to see how terrible this companies customer service is … Possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. Sad to be posting this because it’s my local panda, but I’ve walked into this location 2-3 times this week and never have I once not experienced the manager scolding her staff infront of customers, the employees for the most part are fantastic and always helpful with the exception of the Filipino woman June who I assume is the management. Last night I picked up my doordash, food was old, June is screaming at her staff from the looks of it, taking out whatever problems she has outside of work on them, one staff member walked out while she was screaming about fortune cookies. Today I walk in to order and again there is the manager yelling at another worker about his professionalism while he is ringing me out. The food is fresh when she is not running the show and customers feel very uncomfortable I witnessed multiple people get up and leave or walk out of the line. Absolutely hated my experience, i love panda but i tried this location for the first time and tell me why all the asians just make the atmosphere feel so depressing as soon as i walk in there a girl who according to her name tag is ruth Just rude right off the bat, small portions, and kept speaking in tongues with the rest of the Asians … In the background some asian im assuming mamager since she was wearing a black shirt yelling at the employees, I stayed for a while since my order took a minute and in the background an elderly Asian lady throwing pans and yelling and another Hispanic lady who just ignored her and kept doing her job while the old lady just ranted around 😂 no wonder my food took so long Only that other lady was working while everyone else just chit chats … lazy asians They really need to consider who runs and works at that store 💯at least it’s entertaining watching how little some workers care...
