I frequent this location almost everyday and all of the employees are respectful and so sweet besides ONE that typically works in the mornings and has electric pink hair and replies only with “anything else”. Everytime I go through the drive thru and she is working she always has an attitude and is very condescending and rude with me and I have always been respectful. None of the other baristas have that type of demeanor, the past five times seriously she has broken my straw intentionally with her finger as shes handing it. I know to always check now when its her as I’ve driven off with a broken straw a couple times. Today she overcharged me and I politely corrected her, after she ignored me & then said as rude/ disrespectful as possible “ JUST LET ME SCAN IT “ and proceeded to again hand me a broken straw, I asked for another and she handed me one with the same condescending dismissive treatment mind you the line was moving quick today. Also she never just hands me a straw, I have to ask every time and she intentionally snaps it like I’m not gonna see her do it and doesn’t turn or look my way at all or acknowledge that she hears me, EVERY-TIME…. but this is so not acceptable she’s just beyond me and I’ve had enough and decided to write a review because it has been multiple times I’m not the person to go and start problems but this is no coincidence and it is completely unprovoked. Read moreI went to Starbucks this morning and asked a question regarding a food item and I was told they discontinued it 6 months ago; great, not a big deal. Once I finished placing my order, I was informing my sister that they no longer had what she wanted and I heard the lady that took my order say: oh, my god; in a very annoyed matter. It seemed that she was annoyed with my conversation and I thought that was really rude. I almost drove off without getting my order, but decided not to do so because that would be rude.
At least when I got to the window, I was greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Jack. He was so sweet. I wish I could give this review a 5, but I was not impressed with the young lady that took my order. I hope next time she makes comments, she keeps them to herself.
I used to work for Starbucks a few years ago and was employed with them for 7 years, so I know what type of customer service should be given to customers.

Read moreWas just in at 11:30am Sunday Oct 13th and ordered the ice coffee that came with no ice at the counter, the guy ringing me up said it didn’t come with ice to double make sure I said I do not want ice. My drink came up with tons of ice, I tryed to ask about it and the employees acted like I was bugging them and didn’t take time to answer my question or even stop to help me. So at the counter, I helped with someone that didn’t know what was in the drinks and then the rude girls that I asked about the ice when picking up my order wouldn’t give me the time of day to help correct it all I wanted was a iced coffee (after asking someone else, I found out that it had been a nitro blue I have wanted ) with very light ice to no ice because it takes me all day to drink Now I have a extra ice iced coffee with way to much cream that I ended up just throwing away eight dollars on ….. super...
