Overall, I think this place has a lot of potential but I only gave it 2 stars for a couple reasons. First was the food; we ordered the chef's choice of the meat and cheese platter and after a long period of time, maybe 45 minutes, we finally got our plate of four slices of three different meats and an equally embarrassing amount of cheese. This cost $20. We have made a plate four times the size for our friends in 15min and that cost us about $24 at a grocery store. The second reason is that the service was sub-par. Maybe we were the only people in the place that were not regulars but the bar staff stopped to talk to everyone other than my wife and I and we had to flag down someone to place the order for the aforementioned meat and cheese plate. The drink selection was great and tasted great but the food is over priced. My wife and I are going to give this place another try and we will change this review if our experience was just a one-off...
Read moreOk finally made it back after their name change. We were greeted immediately by Stevie - a wonderful mixologist and a fantastic example of a young professional who takes her job seriously. She mixed us up a couple of well-conceived cocktails: 2 Princess Mai Tai & a Soccer Mom Bomb & something wonderful I can’t remember (hmm cocktail memory?) We also had phenomenal, friendly & professional service by Brayden and Cory (B?) of “Plant Mom” fame. There was a nice mix of younger and older locals: straight single, married and gay. This is because the staff & “lease signer” were amazingly friendly and creating an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome. GREAT JOB INDEED. My only suggestions to Brix - install a foot rail at the bar and make the other chairs at the tables more comfortable- this will encourage us to spend more time...
Read moreI took my staff to Brix & Craft for a drink after work, we had an experience. The cocktails were crafted, offering a great variety of different kind of drinks. One of my employees mentioned the wine selection was impressive, while another noticed the huge deletions of liquors behind the bar! Corey is the owner and caters to a variety of preferences. As for the artisan pizzas, they were a perfect complement to our drinks, with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust that left us craving for more. This place is inviting, making it a great spot for unwinding. Overall, Brix & Craft exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious cocktails, wine, and pizza in a...
