Shipping and Receiving at the Maryland Heights MO location is NON EXISTENT. You show up with product that Grainger has ordered, and they expect you to do everything for them. They have an entire warehouse crew that doesn't lift a finger, and claim it's not their job. If a company is going to ship and receive thousands of pounds of products they need to have someone capable to unload and receive THEIR product they ordered, and not try and push the work off on the delivery person.
