Shipping and Receiving at the Maryland Heights MO location is NON EXISTENT. You show up with product that Grainger has ordered, and they expect you to do everything for them. They have an entire warehouse crew that doesn't lift a finger, and claim it's not their job. If a company is going to ship and receive thousands of pounds of products they need to have someone capable to unload and receive THEIR product they ordered, and not try and push the work off on the delivery person. I needed at steel grate in order to get my new car, with a very low nose, into my garage. 08/28/2018 I ordered the grate from Grainger online. As I was ordering it said that it should be at the local store in a month. Not ideal, but OK. On 10/01/2018 I had not heard from them, so I called to see if it had arrived, and was told yes. I embarked on a 50 mile round trip to pick it up, but was told on my arrival that it WAS NOT there, and in fact now had an arrival date at the end of October....
