I would only give one star if it wasn't for the employees I usuallg deal with. The guy and young lady that work in the morning are amazing. I saw him pull off and I should have too. I'm not loving the afternoon crew at all. Formly being in food services I know the number one rule, greet the customer, that didn't happen. Working was a young man and an older man (possibly the owner he was wearing a regular t-shirt). The young man was great, the older guy not ao much. He was so worried about the ÜberEats pick up. He even stopped making my food to make sure the ÜberEats person got his order. This is after waiting to be helped because he (the older man) kept stepping to the side checking his phone. Read moreI used to love this subway but the service has gone way downhill. I ordered delivery yesterday from the subway app. It never showed up. I tried to call several times and no one answered. The email from subway said DoorDash was delivering, so I called DoorDash, but they had no record of any order. I went to subway after work and my food was just sitting there. They offered me to take the food…?? I explained what happens at the guy said, “ Why didn’t you come get your food.” They said it’s my responsibility to get my food. The new management style seemed okay, but after the over the top decorations and questionableemployees, ive found myself staying away from the restaurant. One of the employees during the morning hours let slip that he had HIV! With a bandaid on his arm, I was a little worried eating my food. I didn't see any blood on my food thank the lord but it's a risk I dont want to take again. If im not mistaken the manager (Brian I believe) is in a relationship with this specific employee as well but that's just a rumor I've heard, so take that lightly!
