Pharmacy has always been phenomenal for me. Itâs only hard when they get new staff. My biggest issue is lack of parking from everyone using the spots for the commons and not having a drive thru if the parking cannot be accommodated. I have been told this issue is because the commons owns cvs,and cvs cannot have dedicated parking. I would like to give 1 star for the annoying phone recording and we can never get through to the pharmacist. There has been an awful change recently where the recording talks non stop about COVID vaccines and gives us no other options. I yell âspeak to pharmacist â 5-10 times to no avail at the dumb recording out of aggravation as if it hears međseriously I give no stars for cvs changing that recording system. Please do something about it. I have to call frequently for my sonâs meds and that recording makes me wanna go insane. We need to get important calls through sometime.    Read moreParking is often impossible. Not simply inconvenient, but impossible. Think ladies in minivans ready to get into a street brawl over parking spots and people parked in mulch among the landscaping. Especially at the holidays and in the summer. CVS doesn't have a dedicated parking lot.
The staff is very tolerant. But volume is huge and promised fills are often late.
