Had a lovely girl help me find the sweatshirt I was looking for today! I believe her name was Kierra (apologies if this was not spelled correctly). Because the Mashpee store did not have the exact size I was looking for, she quickly worked to check with the Falmouth store, even offering to have them put one on hold for me to make sure it was there when I arrived. I assured her this was not necessary but she still called to make sure their online inventory was correct before I made the drive. She was SO sweet and very helpful. Highly recommend this store. I am editing this review from it's original one star status. The short of the story is I was treated with intentional partiality (not the good kind) during a shopping experience. I left the store feeling like what did I do to deserve a different treatment than the shoppers around me. But after reaching out to the customer service of the Black Dog company they were more than apologetic. I was shopping for men's lounge pants for Christmas, and I was finding it hard to locate my husband's popular size. I went to another mega retailer moments before and had no luck, so I felt a bit defeated. The staff at the Black Dog General Store, and one young lady in particular, went out of her way to look in the back room and go through the showroom racks with me.
